    Sarah Landa is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, teens, and young adults. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Child Development with a minor in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

    With a background in pediatric caregiving and early intervention, Sarah brings a warm and compassionate presence to her work at CBT SoCal. She utilizes a client-centered and strengths-based approach that aims to empower, encourage healing, and instill hope within her clients. Sarah has received advanced training in a wide range of evidence-based practices, including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

    In addition to her work at CBT SoCal, Sarah serves as the Program Coordinator and resident counselor for the Independence Center, an independent-living program for adults with disabilities.

    Sarah is registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #148350) and practices under the supervision of Dr. Brittany Beyerlein, Ph.D. Sarah sees clients in-person at our Torrance office and can provide telehealth sessions to any clients residing in California.
