Rosa Flores, AMFT
Rosa Flores is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at CBT SoCal under the supervision of Dr. Brittany Beyerlein, Ph.D. Rosa’s expertise spans over a wide range of areas including neuropsychology, neurodivergence, post-traumatic growth, peak performance, mind-body connection, personal development, attachment, parenting, and relationships. Furthermore, she has worked closely with individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults.
Her individualized and holistic approach helps her clients flourish in all areas of life. Rosa empowers her clients with the tools, knowledge, and courage to overcome obstacles, allowing them to realize their greatest potential. Her down-to-earth style of therapy fosters a powerful and safe space where clients may heal, discover self-acceptance and self-love, and rediscover their true selves, voices, and intuition. Rosa has advanced training in a wide range of evidence-based practices, including CBT, mindfulness-based treatments, and neuropsychology.
Beyond her clinical work, Rosa is a passionate advocate for autism and is dedicated to raising awareness and educating the public about autism. Rosa has engaged in research and presentations on mindfulness, self-care, parenting stress, and raising neurodivergent children.
