Susan Park, Ph.D.

Susan Park, Ph.D. (PSY #21718) is a licensed clinical psychologist who earned her Ph.D. at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. Dr. Park has 20 years of experience working with youth in a variety of presentation and needs. She completed her internship and 2-year postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles with an emphasis on assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders and treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma in neurodivergent youth (those diagnosed with autism, intellectual disability, learning disorders, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorder).

Dr. Park is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), and has treated children and adults who have experienced trauma. She has extensive parent-training experience through evidenced-based practices including Incredible Years and Theraplay. Dr. Park has also taught courses in children and adolescent psychotherapy as an Adjunct Professor in the Marriage and Family Therapy programs at USC and Pepperdine, as well as supervised pre- and post-doctoral clinicians in community-based mental health settings. Dr. Park’s treatment approach is collaborative and neurobiological- and systems-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
