Virginia Alvarez, SHRM-CP

Virginia Alvarez is the Administrative Coordinator at CBT SoCal. She has over 10 years of Administrative and HR experience and is SHRM-CP certified. Before joining CBT SoCal, she worked in the legal tech and non-profit industries and has experience with a wide range of core administrative skills, including Organizational Development, Event coordination, and Project research and management. She is integral to the healthy operations of the practice, as well as her other roles supporting Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives at local Law centers.

Virginia is a Los Angeles native who enjoys reading, the beach, and spending time with her family.
